Saica Pack choose Burnfield Demolition for supersized warehouse stripout

Deans Road, Livingston features a number of huge retail warehouses occupied by some of the world’s biggest brands and logistics operators.

Saica Pack Ltd took ownership of the site and requested Burnfield Demolition to strip out and remove all plant and ceiling high metal racking. The industrial fridges and external loading canopy were also to be demolished and disposed of.

Burnfield Demolition also had to set up an internal traffic management plan for the warehouse due to it’s size and the number of machines & plant in operation within the large warehouse space.
