A recent property which required hand demolition and separation with structural repairs was a domestic property in Edmonstone Road, Dalkeith for Noble Property Solutions. 
Once separated and the existing sandstone kept for reuse, a structural stud was erected to catch the hip of the roof, leaving the property safe.
