Burrell Collection Project for Burnfield Demolition

The renowned Burrell Collection in Glasgow’s Pollok Country Park is undergoing a £66M refit with Burnfield Demolition Ltd the main contractor for the demolition and soft strip of the listed building.
Working in tandem with Glasgow City Council and Glasgow Life, exhibits have been carefully removed and the building has had protection installed around all sensitive areas. The massive electrical boiler rooms have been stripped out to make way for the new gas and renewable energy plant rooms with works ongoing throughout 2018.
