Swimming Pool & Pavilion Demolition

Demolition of the pool & pavilion structure in Girvan, South Ayrshire is now well under way after an initial outburst of local protest which our client and site owner South Ayrshire Council respectfully dealt with.

Following the removal of asbestos and a soft strip of the structure demolition is now complete. The sensitive hand demolition next to the footpaths, carriageways and immediately opposite local businesses was similarly undertaken to minimise nuisance from noise, dust, etc.

Demolition of the 18 metre high boiler house chimney has recently commenced, this will be completed by hand due to the close proximity of a live electrical substation.
